Acceptance

Account Responsibility

1. You are responsible for your account security. Do not share passwords.
2. Multiple accounts or botting/multi-client abuse is prohibited unless explicitly allowed.Maximun 2 accounts for one IP
3. Account trading or selling is forbidden.

Gameplay Rules

1. No cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using third-party software.
2. No harassment, spam, racism, threats, or inappropriate behavior in chat/forums.
3. Respect other players and staff.

Donations and Virtual Items

1. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
2. Virtual items have no real-world value and may be modified or removed at our discretion.
3. We reserve the right to adjust rates, events, or items without notice.

Server Availability

1. The server is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime.
2. We may perform maintenance, resets, or close the server at any time.

Intellectual Property

1. MU Online assets are owned by Webzen; this is a fan-run private server.
2. You grant us a license to use any user-generated content (e.g., forum posts).

Limitation of Liability

1. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or interruptions.
2. Use the server at your own risk.

Changes and Termination

1. We may update these TOS; check periodically.
2. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or the server with or without notice.
